On February 7, 2026, Huluwa Pharmaceutical Group held its 2026 Work Conference at the Meian Pediatric Pharmaceutical Smart Manufacturing Base in Haikou. With the theme "Innovation to Break Through Challenges and Improve Efficiency, Work in Unity to Pursue Growth", the conference aimed to summarize the achievements of the past year, analyze the current situation, and plan future development directions, so as to ensure the Group achieves higher-quality development in the new year. Liu Jingping, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the Group, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Hu Yanyan, a consultant from Beijing Dexinglong Pharmaceutical Management Consulting Co., Ltd., as well as management personnel and business backbone from the Group Headquarters, Marketing Center, Hainan Production Base, and Guangxi Production Base, attended the conference.

 At the beginning of the conference, Liu Jingping, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the Group, delivered an important speech. She first conveyed and led the study of the spirit of the Hainan Provincial and Haikou Municipal "Two Sessions", and deployed relevant measures for implementation.

Liu Jingping pointed out that in 2025, the pharmaceutical industry experienced intensified transformation, and market competition became increasingly fierce. Facing a complex situation, all units of the Group remained at their posts and advanced steadily. Centered on annual targets, they worked to overcome difficulties and achieved hard-won results in product R&D, market expansion, and quality management. On behalf of the Group, she expressed sincere gratitude to all Huluwa employees for their hard work and selfless dedication.

 She emphasized that in the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, facing both new opportunities brought by the Free Trade Port's customs closure operation and the challenges of transformation in the pharmaceutical industry, the Group must deepen reform, adhere to innovation-driven development, and continuously promote high-quality development. When discussing specific work tasks, Liu Jingping put forward five key requirements:

◉ We must strengthen confidence and meet challenges head-on. In the face of a complex situation and multiple challenges, all management cadres must take the lead by example, build consensus, and guide the team with firm confidence and a spirit of overcoming difficulties, effectively transmitting this momentum to every member of the Huluwa team.

◉ We must focus on improving operational quality and efficiency. Deepen refined management by establishing a closed-loop management system featuring clear objectives, defined milestones, controllable processes, and measurable outcomes, so as to promote efficient execution, accurate evaluation, and continuous optimization of all tasks.

◉ We must deepen cost reduction and efficiency improvement actions. Strictly control all costs and expenditures and resolutely eliminate resource waste; comprehensively review existing assets, with a focus on revitalizing idle resources such as inactive approvals, so as to effectively improve asset operation efficiency and value realization capability.

◉ We must optimize incentive and empowerment mechanisms. Seize development opportunities amid challenges. On the basis of properly resolving historical legacy issues in 2025, the Group will start 2026 on a lighter footing, and systematically design competitive and attractive compensation and equity incentive schemes, fully stimulating core talent vitality and sharing in the policy dividends of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

◉ We must strengthen compliance and risk control safeguards. Strengthen compliance awareness across all employees, improve the internal control system, and prudently assess internal and external risks. Through standardized operations, ensure quality and efficiency, and guarantee that all tasks are advanced in a safe, robust, and high-quality manner.

Subsequently, representatives from various divisions of the Marketing Center, the Hainan and Guangxi Production Bases, and the Group's Operations Management, Quality, R&D, Finance, Audit, Digitalization, General Manager's Office, Administration, and Human Resources departments presented reports on their work at the conference.

During the conference, a signing ceremony for target responsibility agreements was held, demonstrating the determination to achieve the annual targets.
