On July 18, 2025, Huluwa Pharmaceutical Group convened its 2025 Mid-Year Work Conference at the Meian Pediatric Pharmaceutical Smart Manufacturing Base in Haikou. The conference aimed to comprehensively review the Group's performance in the first half of the year, conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation, and systematically deploy key tasks for the second half of the year. It also sought to mobilize all cadres and employees to unify thinking, build consensus, and overcome challenges, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of all annual targets and tasks. Liu Jingping, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the Group, attended the conference and delivered an important speech. Heads of various Group departments, as well as key management personnel from the Hainan and Guangxi production bases, also attended the conference.

The conference commenced with the solemn national anthem.

The conference was held under the theme "Uniting Forces to Break Through Challenges and Overcome Difficulties, and Pressing Forward to Embark on a New Journey", with a compact agenda and practical content. At the conference, the heads of the Guangxi and Hainan production bases respectively provided comprehensive summaries of their work in the first half of 2025 and detailed reports on their work plans and development strategies for the second half of the year. Heads of the Group's functional departments subsequently presented their departmental summaries for the first half of the year and outlined their work plans for the second half.

At the conference, Liu Jingping, Party Secretary and Chairperson of the Group, delivered a speech in which she fully acknowledged the hard-won achievements the Group had made in the first half of the year under a complex and challenging environment, and provided an in-depth analysis of the current challenges and opportunities facing the Group's development. She emphasized the need to focus on three key battles (cost reduction and efficiency improvement, compliant operations, and innovation-driven transformation) to ensure the Group's robust and sustainable development.

Key Takeaways from the Conference

◉Strengthen confidence in victory and reinforce a strong sense of mission and responsibility. Maintain high morale and, with a sense of responsibility that remains "constantly alert and concerned", resolutely win the battle to resolve risks.

◉Strengthen execution and ensure effective implementation. Firmly uphold the principle that "repeating it a thousand times in conferences is not as effective as doing it once after the conference". Further refine task lists, responsibility lists, and timeline lists, and implement visualized, chart-based project management.

◉Enhance learning capabilities and embrace digital transformation. All cadres and employees are encouraged to make effective use of AI technology and accelerate the development of a new digital and intelligent working paradigm.

◉Uphold shared responsibility and shared benefits to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. Improve the compensation and incentive system closely linked to performance contributions, enabling all Huluwa employees to enhance their sense of gain, happiness, and security through joint contribution and shared development, thereby injecting sustained momentum into the company's high-quality development.

The conference also included a dedicated thematic discussion session, during which participants focused on the conference theme and the core requirements of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and overcoming challenges for breakthroughs", actively exploring innovative approaches based on their practical work experience.

The convening of this Mid-Year Work Conference has provided clear direction for the Group's development in the second half of the year, strengthened collective momentum, and sounded the call to intensify efforts and overcome challenges. All Huluwa employees will strive to write a new chapter in the Group's high-quality development with greater determination and a more pragmatic working style.
